Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a large baking sheet (full-size baking sheet 18x26 inches or 45x65 cm or similar). If you don't have such a large baking dish you can bake the ingredients on two smaller baking sheets and turn on the fan setting (400°F/200°C) or bake them separately in two batches.
Prepare the sausage and vegetables: cut broccoli into florets, sausage into thin slices, bell pepper into large cubes, zucchini into thick slices (at least 1/2 inch or 1.5 cm), and onion into thick slices.
Make the spice mix: combine olive oil with the spices.
Toss the vegetables with the spice mix (sausage is usually already spiced so I toss it with just a small amount of the seasoning and use most for the vegetables), season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and sprinkle hot sausage and vegetables with parmesan cheese.
